Care Home Manager - Beech Lodge, Kingsmead Care Centre
Applicants must be an experienced Registered Nurse and have
the Registered Managers Award and/or NVQ 4 or be willing to work towards them.
Requirements include a good working knowledge of applicable legislation, supported
with evidence of good working practice and leadership skills. Experience of working
in the independent sector would be an advantage as would knowledge of CQC requirements.
The right applicant will also be person-centred and committed to supporting choice and
independence of our service users.
Deputy Managers
Suitable applicants must be a Registered Nurse with at least two years experience.

Registered Nurses
Registered Nurses would be expected to lead the staff team in providing good
person centred care with the service user at the forefront of service provision. Duties to include assessing nursing needs and planning/evaluating care provision.
You will be able to maintain accurate clinical observations of the service users' condition
and keep all required records of nursing care. You will communicate with service users,
their relatives and coworkers; administer drugs and treatments as prescribed with safety/accuracy
and be able to assist in appraisal process of junior staff members. Salary approximately

We require a Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team to work with adults with physical and learning difficulties and neurological conditions. You will need to be motivated and flexible to work within the care home environment with a genuine interest in working with people with complex disabilities. This is a dual, full time position involving the duties of both a
Care Assistant and an Activities Assistant.
Care Home Administrator - Longfield Manor
The successful applicant will be computer literate (especially in MS Word and Excel),
have excellent organisational skills, a good telephone manner and the ability to
work unsupervised.
Receptionist - Forest Lodge (weekends)
Duties include welcoming visitors, answering telephone, typing
and basic administration.
Activities Coordinator - Clemsfold House, Kingsmead Lodge, Rapkyns Care Home
This is a full time, flexible position involving the coordination of a full
programme of activities which will provide a variety of recreational leisure and
educational opportunities for service users in order to enhance their quality of
life by meeting their interests and needs. Activities will be organised to promote
life skills and social, physical and intellectual well being for service users.
Activities Assistant - Beechcroft Care Centre, Kingsmead Lodge, Wisteria Lodge (20 hours)
This is a flexible position assisting the Activities Coordinator in providing a
variety of recreational leisure and educational opportunities for
service users.
Chef Manager - Beechcroft Care Centre
Full Time Chef Manager is required to plan and provide an interesting and nutritional
diet for service users. The ability to manage staff and work within a set budget is
essential.
Assistant Chef - Rapkyns Care Home
We require an Assistant Chef to continue the provision of a catering service for a
ll our service users, in accordance with the Chef Manager's instructions. The ability to
work within a set budget is essential. Knowledge of working within a healthcare setting w
ould be an advantage. .
Kitchen Assistant - Rapkyns Care Home
This is a full time position working under the direction of the Chef on duty,
in order that food and beverages may be prepared, cooked and served in a hygienic
and safe environment.
Domestic Assistant - Beechcroft Care Centre, Rapkyns Care Home
This position will involve general
household cleaning tasks and other tasks to maintain the high standard of
infection control within the home.
