Full time Deputy Manager position available at Rapkyns Care Centre, Broadbridge Heath.
The applicant must be a Registered Nurse / RNLD with experience of working with young people with physical and learning disabilities.
Requirements include a good working knowledge of applicable legislation, supported with evidence of good working practice and leadership skills. Experience of working in the independent sector would be an advantage as would knowledge of CSCI requirements.
Sussex Health Care has excellent training facilities, ongoing help with prep and further training.
