  • Ensure food is produced hygienically & safely in accordance with current environmental health regulations (HACCP).
  • Ensure a satisfying, well presented, nutritionally balanced and wholesome menu, offering a variety of daily choices.
  • Continually develop menus incorporating choice for the service user, based on their dietary needs, expectations and nutritionist recommendations.
  • Ensure service users and their relatives are continually consulted to ensure their satisfaction and personal choice is achieved.
