Introduction
Sussex Health Care strives to maintain the very highest quality in all that we do. This is reflected in the high standards of medical care we provide, in the range of activities and therapies our service users can enjoy, and in the peaceful accommodation with excellent meals that our homes offer.
In 2002 Sussex Health Care achieved accreditation from the Health Quality Service (HQS) and in 2003 gained the Investors In People standard
June 2005 saw the group achieve ISO 9000:2000 , which covers quality management systems, making us now the only independent care home provider in the UK to have attained dual accreditation for HQS and ISO 9000:2000
This award-winning approach to quality is underpinned by our commitment to building a dedicated, experienced and highly trained staff team. Education and training is a key part of our overall quality strategy.
Sussex Health Care is also unique in having a Research and Development group allowing us to work in partnership with the medical academic world.
