This Privacy notice explains how we will collect and store your personal data when you apply for a role with Sussex Healthcare.
The information that we will collect, hold and process is outlined below:
- Work History
- Job preferences and locations wanting to apply for
- Criminal Convictions and cautions - this is a requirement of an Enhanced DBS check
- Any other personal information that has been included in your individual application and / or CV
The information will be provided by you through this website. This information will be collected and held in the interview stages and further information will be required once successful - This will be detailed in a further Privacy notice.
The information provided will be shared within the organisation including the relevant care home and senior management in order to process your application further.
We may also need to check your name with our payroll, HR department or Accommodation department in order to check previous employment history with us (if applicable).
By applying you are giving your consent to process this information as stated above.
All of your personal information is stored on databases within the UK.
